Proper care and maintenance of your tools can greatly extend their lifespan and make them more reliable! This week, Frank stops by to teach us how to properly take apart and clean an Iwata Revolution dual-action airbrush. Even if you don’t use an airbrush, it’s a fascinating process to watch!

This was great – not the most exciting subject – but tool maintenance is important – thanks guys
Is thing powerful enough to blow off dust? Like a compressed air can?
Great post Norm & Frank, lots of tips I didn’t know. I’ve ruined a few airbrushes with poor/incorrect maintenance in my younger years. The repainting toys week was fun to watch.
I was just starting to wonder whether these videos were being sponsored by Iwata.
i’m very happy about this video, i will clean my airbrush tonight!
Thanks for the videos on airbrushing! I did notice the frame rate from the head-on camera though – I’d be curious to know what caused the dropped frames/lower frame rate.
did you guys do something weird with this video? it seems weird watching it. like its stop motion or something.
