I won’t spoil the end, but, oh wow, how fortunate you were.
I absolutely love the iceberg/glacier footage! Could look at it all day 🙂
Wooowww.. A LOT of good footage.. I love it.
Amazing video with a nice surprise at the end.
That was lovely.
Wonderful footage! Drones have to be one of the greatest gifts to film makers and videographers in years.
Interstellar + Prometheus
Excellent.
Great soundtrack too 🙂
That was great stuff! What a great surprise at the end. What music did you use?
WOW!!!!
I am truly blown away by this … Amazingly beautiful .
Those colours! I would love to see this for real one day!
And wow for that surprise too!
This is just so wonderful, I love everything about it. Thank you so much for sharing this.
The whole series so far has been totally fascinating and lovely. Awesome work.
the colours ble me away as well! most of all the combination of icebergs in air being such a homogenously flat snow shade, and the moment they are underwater, boom, off the scale insta-teal!
Wow… WOW! Words fail me
I’m curious, did you spot something in particular?
EDIT: WOW. nevermind
What surprise did you spot? The sheer beauty of the landscape?
EDIT: WOW. Nevermind
Nice, very nice. It’s flicks like this that really make having a HDTV worth it. Also the surprise at the end was pretty cool.
Thanks Norm
I want stills of a bunch of this footage, I can’t get the pixels to see some of the stuff. Little too blurry for me to pick out what everybody’s talking about, I think.
Having the people in the same shot as the ice bergs/ glacier really gave it some scale. Amazing
Do you do anything to the drone to make it float in case of a crash? Most of the hardware is probably toast when it hits water but the footage might survive.
That was beautiful footage! Great job Norm and welcome back.
That was breathtaking!
I couldn’t help thinking of Edoras looking at the houses in the town on the rocks, especially in the shot looking back from over the water.
I can’t imagine how difficult it is to explain what this was like to everyone that wasn’t there. This looks like a trip of a lifetime. And thank you for documenting it for us. It’s fun to see this part of our world through a fellow geeks eyes! Bravo!
At end of the video, bottom left corner of the screen shows a whale.
We do live in an amazing era. This view wasn’t available to us humans just a few decades ago.
It would be nice to have some still images (at highest possible resolution) from the 4k video available for Premium members.
Amazing! Loved the ending and great choice of bgm!
I just joined premium membership so maybe this is a stupid question.
How come the video is not available in HD? It’s comparable to Youtube’s 360p and it really hurts seeing this amazing footage pixelated like this.
Fantastic work! What an amazing experience. This reminded me, of course, of some of the Planet Earth videos that David Attenborough narrated, Welcome home Norm!
Brilliant! It’s like dreams, just floating over the town. Expert piloting framing the shot just right 🙂
The Premium video-player has trouble going to the HD feed for a lot of users. If you’re on windows, try watching in Microsoft’s Edge browser which seems to work the best 🙂
when i watch this i feel like…. a visitor on the whale’s planet…
Gorgeous footage
Stunning footage. Watched this on my lunch break at work and it was incredibly relaxing.
Gorgeous images!
The range on those Inspire’s seems pretty phenomenal. I’m astonished how far you’re flying that thing!
Thanks a bunch, Kim! Gotta try out another browser then.
I need to be there…. right now. Fantastic footage
I’m completely silent now… 🙂
Fantastic! Beautiful footage. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t jealous of your trip.
Absolutely amazing pictures, those pictures at the end though are just truly amazing. You have to say what an amazing planet we live on and what an opportunity to go on that trip it looks incredible.
I hope we’ll get to see an HD version of this at some point
All I could keep saying was wow..that was some amazing footage. Thank you
Quite possibly the best premium content yet and excellent motivation to get serious about drone videography. Thanks Tested and DJI.
