Hands-On: TPCast Wireless VR for HTC Vive
We go hands-on with TPCast, the wireless upgrade accessory for the HTC Vive virtual reality headset. Here are our early impressions, along with insight learned about the device’s wireless range, ergonomics, and expected battery life from TPCast’s co-founder. This might have been our favorite thing at CES 2017!

Well, that was unexpected, I figured an untethered experience was pretty far off still.
If this works as well as they say and your experience suggests, that is huge for the Vive.
Cool, this could be very useful for full room VR, and the future of VR Escape rooms.
Thanks for the content and coverage Norm and team.
Norm, do you know if there are any limitations to using multiple TPcasts in the same space? Can we connect two headsets to two PC’s for LAN type gaming in the same lighthouse tracked spaces?
$250 also seems very reasonable. I was expecting it to be $600+ this early in the game.
Great video Norm, very standard answers by TPcasts not giving out to much info about their product but yes is what I have being waiting for awhile since i saw VR. I can’t wait for you guys to get yours and do a full run down.
So stoked for this. Just paid off my line of credit from buying my new PC and the vive last year so good timing ;). Looking forward to more content!
