Awsome looking forward seeing the launch
same
That was cool. Definitely looking forward to the launch video. Please do this again.
Coincidentally, I had this playing off to the side while working on the design for a high power rocket (it’ll eventually go up on an H motor). It was funny, frustrating, and instructive watching the guys struggle and fumble through the build. More an indictment of Estes’ Ikea-ized instructions than the guy’s collective skill as model builders, I think. Although I am guessing they’d have started with parts inventory and sorting if they’d been building a Lego kit.
Somebody involved with this ought to check with the local NAR Club, see if there is a low power launch coming up.

I really enjoyed that build, looking forward to seeing them painted and launched.
Might be good to glue on the plastic engine nozzle on Jeremy’s Rocket 🙂 Very enjoyable build to watch 🙂
(BTW, twisting off the movable part of the Elmer’s glue top lets you clean the innards and restore the ease of flow)
I was a Centuri model rocket builder back in the ’60s, brought back fond memories. Thanks guys !
