I read your post twice and I still have no idea what you did. Well… I can see that you took apart your laptop and heated up the cpu, but I have no idea why since you mentioned nothing about soldering.

Starting to get some Adam content… Nice.
Hear, hear!
I like this guy, Adam. He’s alright!
Makes me want to have a kid to teach to build something.
He looks like he’s eating the play button.
Makes me want to be a grandfather so I don’t have to work and so I can have a grandchild to teach to build something.
love how all the kids are on their phones in school…..this is why our education system sucks and less and less graduate :/ when I was in school me and about 5 other kids had phones in the whole school and kids were graduating. sad times we live in that this is actually happening.
This is why Adam Savage should teach all schools.
He makes very good points for schools and governments to stop cutting art and shop classes to save money.
WOO! Whole heartedly agree on his allergy story. Kids need to learn to feel what it’s like to fail so when they succeed it means something. I’ve already done that with my 3 year old daughter and I’ll continue with my next child (which is due in December! :))
This makes me want to build that dinner table I can’t find anywhere… can barely hold a hammer.
Interesting video, Adam.
What the.. He’s got a Farnsworth! 😀 Warehouse 13!
