Let’s Build: LittleBits Droid Inventor Kit (with Anthony Carboni!)
We welcome special guest Anthony Carboni, host of the The Star Wars Show, to our studio to help assemble LittleBits’ Droid Inventor Kit! Kishore and Anthony recently worked together on the new Science and Star Wars show, and they talk about the making of that series while we put together our own tabletop droid.

Hmmm … gotta step in and defend the 100-in-1 Electronics sets. You could build radios, sirens, light up LED’s, make a Morse Code practice oscillator, solar panels, light-sensitive diodes…. I loved the hell out of those kits.
My first one was probably a little 25-in-1 that more or less just let you light up a lamp, or whatever (hey, I was probably 6 or so though). For years after, my mom might get me the next iteration every other year or so. One of the latter ones having an Integrated Circuit!
Those sets kicked ass and are the only thing I miss about Radio Shack closing.
