  1. I’ve got the same goal Frank. Started at 232 lbs, hoping to hit 200 lbs for the first time in 12 years. I am somewhere between the 215-220 mark. Keep up the good work.

  2. A pass of epoxy on the spikes, as minuscule droplets, would have made them look poisonous, i think.

  3. Can we get a photo album of the finished works? Frank proved yet again he has the magic touch. A couple details he added to Norms cool looking paint job made a world of difference.

And Norm, I think your skills are getting better, just keep at it man 😀

  4. I’ve got to be honest Norm. After the brown incident I didn’t think you could save it. But in the last episode and this one, you saved the day and I think it turned out awesome. Nice job to both you and Frank and I can’t wait for the next series. I was skeptical at first but my premium membership feels like a pretty sweet value right now.

  5. Really enjoyed this series, thanks guys. Doing three different kits was a good way of showing some different approaches in terms of colour. I really wasn’t convinced when Norm put those base colours down on his boar figure, but the more work he did on it the better it looked. I didn’t think the “brown incident” was that bad (although maybe it looked worse IRL than it did on screen). I thought his ended up the better of the two, colour-wise (sorry, ). Really want one of those Sandy Collora kits, now.

I think this was asked in a previous comment, but how come you didn’t prime the kits first? Was it simply because the colour of the resin provided a good base for the scheme you had in mind?

, it’d be awesome if you could get Adam involved in one of these painting series. I can imagine that getting everyone’s schedules to align would be a nightmare, but if you guys could make it happen, I’m sure that all of the Tested members would really dig that.

    Thanks again, guys.

  6. I’m so pleased with how well Norm is progressing, and being able to learn all these tips from Frank. Keep at it, guys. 🙂

  7. I’ve really enjoyed all the week of builds like this, the kits are cool, and its nice to see all the GK. It’s nice to see all the original work being done by people at home, putting these out for people to enjoy. Norm is coming on with his airbrush work 🙂 Maybe you guys could do an episode or week on airbrushing and the techniques, more specifically on using templates and masking. I know theres allot out there on this already, but I would love to see some of the techniques and experiences Frank has gathered on this, and seeing Norm try his hand at the actual artwork side of airbrushing. Keep it up guys 🙂 always fun to watch.

  8. Six weeks, zero premium content. I hate to be one of the whiners but this is getting rather disappointing.

  9. It’s been a while since a premium content video was uploaded. It doesn’t take too much to upload something. This is starting to feel very disappointing. Canceling my subscription is starting to sound good. Just compare another website premium content videos, motor trend, for like 5 bucks a month I get a lot of videos. This one for 40 bucks a year feels very sketchy. Post something.

  10. Closing in on two months ($6.67 for bupkis) and with Norm and Joey adrift in the arctic, anything anytime soon seems unlikely. I’m astonished there wasn’t a single piece of Premium content from Comic-Con! Let’s hope there’s a huge hopper they haven’t had time to unload, though it’ll hardly be fresh if they do…

  11. Let’s also hope they get HD streaming working for premium content by then, it’s been over a year since they said they’d figure it out

  12. I’m with those above. It’s two months now since any premium content came out, and I suspect not much will eventuate with the artic trip underway.

Always been a big fan and will continue to support the site. Just disappointed.

  13. My last full year subscription ended in July. I figured I’ll renew as soon as next premium content is uploaded. You know, so I’ll make the most of my subscription period and won’t miss anything cool later when my sub is ending. Still holding my 40$ in hand and waiting… I have been a sub since the Premium membership was launched. This is the first break I have had so far.

  14. One could see their premium membership as a way of supporting all the content that Tested makes, the free as well as the premium content (and in my case for blocking ads on the site and youtube). The premium content being a thank you for all the support and a nice addition, but not the primary driver behind the content that’s being made.
