Really enjoyed this behind the scenes look – I love learning about the work that goes into the production. I am really curious to learn about how you manage your photo and video data – the workflow I guess it’s called. From taking a picture/video to how you store it, to how you manage the files, through to the editing. I am new to this but doing a bunch of lecture capture work and finding myself overwhelmed with data and not enough time to sort it all out. So need to improve my efficiency. It might seem mundane but even things like file names, storage devices etc would all be interesting. Thank you.
I like your “rambling behind the scenes videos” Joey. I’m interested in shooting video, particularly of my canoe trips, and these smaller cameras are opening up a lot of possibility. Your experience is definitely helpful in my search for a better camera.
I am also loving the Joey behind the scenes videos. They have a real nice level of detail. Would be really interested to hear how you manage your data and your general workflow with your shoots. Keep up the good work.
Second the data management workflow, and love these videos 🙂 Nice to see Joey’s pretty face!
Great vid! I’m wondering what lens you used with the a6500? and some tips and tricks for general video work would be great!
Always loving some Joey videos.
Lumix fan here, GX1 for stills since around 2013 or so, little guy is a work horse. Would love a review of that GH5. I still haven’t found my happy middle ground for still/video camera yet. That GH5 is very tempting.
I’ve used my friend’s GH3 (the GH5’s budget little brother) a bit, and it’s a tough, reliable machine (and that flip-around screen is extremely useful, for more than just vlogging. I used it to get a shot where the camera needed to be on a kitchen counter up against a wall). The interface is a bit of a mess, though. It takes a lot of thumbing through the manual to figure out how to do anything, but that’s because I don’t use it every day. Sony builds a much more intuitive UI, by comparison.
The GH5 is newer though, so they may have worked out some of the awkwardness of the interface.
Joey’s rare appearances are always tremendously thoughtful and well done. It’s a shame he’s not in front of the camera more often.
thanks for the info, I’ll need to get my hands on them (rental and test).
Yes, more Behind The Scenes stuff please. Media management is a particular headache of mine.
Please keep this up Joey, more about lenses??
Sony Alpha A6300L is a Mirrorless Digital Camera having 24.2MP with CMOS Sensor and BIONZ X Image Processor. Overall the camera is very nice and the picture quality is also very fantastic, people may also visit https://gmailtechnicalsupportnumbers.com/blog/tag/gmail-error-007/ for more information in details.
This post s really. I also faced this situation when I open my Gmail account it shows an error https://errorcode0x.com/resolve-epson-scanner-communication-error/ but after reading this post I really got the solution on how to remove this error.
