Suggest guest hosts for while Norm is out honeymooning.
Anthony Daniels loves C-3PO so much he would probably be very happy to redo the voice track in Adam’s Chewie-and-Threepio costume. For a price, sure, but with an excited smile.
Great one!
Are you planning to talk about Google’s Project Seurat? Would love to hear your take on the tech.

Octoberkast!
Hmmm, guest hosts? Or maybe a guest panelist? Jon Foley from CAS would be a good choice regarding somebody from the Bay area. And one of the staff scientists from the Exploratorium would be very insightful. Or maybe get Frank Ippolito if he’s in town sometime?
You should have Chloe Bananas as a guest sometime.
Missing the Game Frame. Where’d it go?
guest wishes simooooooooooooooooooooooone! simone simone simone!
star wars photos one thing these made me aware of again (it also stuck out like a sore thumb to me in the theatre when i watched the force awakens), isn’t anyone getting not-star-wars vibes from the first order great coats? the shape language of star wars costumes always tried to avoid looking too western, especially when it comes to collars. obi-wan and luke are practically wearing gi jackets, descendants of the blueprint of historical japanese fashion. (same for the jedi of prequel times.) the imperial uniforms took heavy cues from nazi imagery, of course, but stranged them up with mandarin collars. even the flat-out western guy, han solo, has a mandarin collar on his shirt. and lando’s cape has a collar of the same basic shape, folded over.
and then, out of nowhere, the great order wears great coats with ww2-style wide lapels, that don’t tie in at all with the rest of the universe. that’s just too specific a shape with zero ties to anything in-universe.
A Dyson sphere capable of harnessing the total energy output of our sun, as built by a Kardashev type II civilization, would actually require more matter in its construction than present in the entire solar system. Just sayin…
Did the FAA really roll back the registration on Drones and so how much and who does it affect? Or was this just an Alt- Fact on the interwebs.
Veronica Belmont or Annie Gaus.
Happy 400th and 40th. I saw the Storm troopers and am printing them right now.
Trace D from Seeker.
Yeah! Octoberkast! Space Rocks! VR Challenge! Lego build-off! Hot pepper challenge! Joey’s push-ups! So many great moments from the Octoberkast, and it will be great to see Kishore and Jeremy enter into this Tested tradition!
I was going to suggest Neil deGrasse Tyson as a guest host for the podcast, but after hearing Kishore dis him so hard I could see how things might be a little awkward . . .
Octoberkast! Do it for the children!
Any of the tested crew that isn’t normally on the podcast would be great as a guest, would especially like to have Sean or Joey on again.
nevermind
Octoberkast!!!! Yeah!
