I liked Multiplicity!
Why isn’t Projections on the Podcast drop down?
Multiplicity is a fantastic movie! I’ve watched it at least a dozen times. What don’t you like about it?!
Falcon Heavy’s first launch needs payload, something heavy to throw into space – no science or commercial payloads were willing to be the first launch. A Roadster to Mars orbit is a significant test of the launch vehicle’s capability. Alternatively they could have launched a block of aluminum.
When are you guys going to talk about Fortnite Battle Royale???
spock documentary ? i think you mean ‘Spoc-umentary’ [i’ll see myself out]
This. I was surprised it seemed @sciencequiche hadn’t read more about the subject before outright condemning the idea. And it’s not like they’re sending anything to Mars itself or even a very useful orbit. The payload is going to a heliocentric orbit around Mars.
Ps. Besides, sending the roadster up there is perfectly in line with the first payload they sent aboard the Dragon. (A giant wheel of cheese.)
