I must be getting old – spending upwards of $200 on earbuds just seems like madness. Sheer utter madness. Fashion accessory? I just don’t get the “yoof” of today.
Like most, my current phone doesn’t have a headphone jack and it is an effing nightmare. I have a bunch of places where I just want to plug in and listen to music. So I have to have dongles for everything, or bluetooth adapters for anything that is more than a few years old. I just want to plug in to my old amp in my workshop, my car, the sh!tty $10 earbuds when I cut the grass. I know why Apple/Samsung are doing it from a business point of view, but it really pi$$es me off.
It’s not like the earbuds look that great either – I call them ear boogers.

I thought that vid was amazing until I learned about the whale deck – now I’m kinda disappointed.
First, the only name for the TV is Mike. Mike TV. (or Picture Picture)
Second, get rid of the TV!!! I’ll watch your video content on Tested or YouTube but I listen to the podcasts in the car, and it’s hard to make out the video when there is only audio.

I’ve loved the note series since I swapped out my iPhone 5 for a Note 4. I’ve had S7’s, S9’s as well but love my Note 8 and just ordered the Note 10 Plus. I use the S Pen for sketching ideas on site quickly when I don’t have a surface pro. As an Architect I use it for some notes and also for taking photos (or snapshots of PDF’s or CAD files) and highlighting changes or items to correct/defects for builders or contractors. We can agree on a solution and I can issue straight away. Love it.
