The BattleBots season finale is tonight, and we were on location during the filming of the final match-ups. Here’s what you didn’t see on TV. We chat with some of the competitors after their matches, learn how they prepare and repair their bots, and stick around for the unaired grudge matches!

Thank you! thank you! thank you! These videos and behind the scenes sneak peeks have been fantastic – I’m truly hoping that Whalerock and ABC will bring the show back for additional seasons and that you guys will continue to provide the awesome coverage that you do.
It would be cool if Will & Norm committed to building a tested.com bot, if they reached x number of premium subs.
Could you imagine all of test’s friends and adam’s friends pitching in; next season you would see Alton Brown driving a T-800.

I finally was able to catch the show on TV. It seemed pretty well produced and not overly cheesy or anything. Between missing these and Mythbusters, I’m realizing how little I watch scheduled broadcast TV except sports. $15/mo for a DVR from the cable company is just outrageous!
Awesome – I watched each episode and every fight literally on the edge of my seat – it was a great production (despite the somewhat cheesy announcing/”analysis” imho). There are a handful of bots we never even see in the broadcast show – I hope we get to see more of them in a future post.

This is totally what the produced show should have been. Sooooo much time wasted on the announcing and flash, wish they had more bot fighting and more interaction with the teams. More “mythbuster” style and less… I dont know, less nightly news. Love the behind the scenes footage.
Not to belittle your parent company, but Tested’s coverage was MILES better than the actual show (Which I enjoyed, don’t get me wrong) Well done guys!
