Weta Workshop’s First Mech Model Kit!
It’s happening! After Adam’s visit to Weta Workshop and chatting with their collectibles team, Weta is going to start a run of resin model kits for modelmakers to build the Moose mech from Chappie! We inspect the details of this kit pulled from the molds at Comic-Con, which look even more detailed than the painted model. We can’t wait to build this back at the shop!

Is there a ” one day build” on how to design and print your own decals? I assume you’d use the Cricket cutter.
Funny this. I was just thinking about asking about garage kits. Tested did paint many of them but googling it, doesn’t get a lot of hits.
Anyone knows if there is a place where I can find a list of various kits?

Industria Mechanika does some great kits. I’ve built a bunch of the kits Michael makes. As for a generic list, your best bet is probably joining these groups on Facebook: Resin Maniacs, and Garage Kits US Colors. You’ll see more stuff getting shared. There’s also the forum The Clubhouse (theclubhouse1 . net), you’ll have to register to see anything.
From there you’ll get greater exposure. A lot of the kit producers don’t run their own websites/facebook pages and you’ll eventually just have to friend/DM them.
that minigun is so similar to Cain’s… I’d say it’s not by accident. I’d love one of these to, uh, compare… yeah, compare.
Waterslide Decal printer paper is a thing. There are types for both inkjet and laser printers.
