Lola is responsible for the deaging in the Marvel movies, as well as skinny Steve from the first Captain America. (They didn’t do Benjamin Button, however, that was Digital Domain). Also Lola started out as a digital makeup/touch up company.

around 14:15-14:30 “The Computer Wore Tennis shoes” was brought up. Will was thinking about the disney channel remake released in 1995, where Kirk Cameron (the growing pains kid) played the lead. It had early Internet in it, complete with a reminder that just because it is on the internet doesn’t mean it’s true/correct 🙂
Anyone else bothered by the depth of field of the video? Norm is out of focus but Adam is in perfect focus.
Several of the articles ive read online all seem to be saying that the de-aging was primarly practical makeup and minimal CGI . . . ?
I would love to see a discussion with Adam one day on books that should (or could) be made into movies, but never have – it would be a great way to see how a screenwriter thinks – maybe even invite Gary Whitta along to discuss it? It might also be a way to create an interesting reading list for us all with some listener suggestions thrown in?
Forest Park here in St Louis is bigger than Golden Gate! 1,371 acres vs 1,017. Forest Park boasts a free zoo that is rated among the best in the country, a free art museum, free history museum, free science center, and a planetarium! There’s also two 9 hole golf courses, driving range, an ice skating rink, bunch of baseball fields, regular fields, greenhouse, 11k person capacity performance, amphitheater, a tennis courts and a tennis “arena”. It was the site of the 1904 World’s Fair.
It’s one of my absolute favorite things about STL and I’m lucky to live a block away for the last 6 years.

I will never understand this whole spoiler warning idea.
Very few movies can actually be spoilt. (Like The Game perhaps)
I actually seek out your kind of spoiler podcast. Because it will fill the gaps in the movie with interesting context.
Prometheus for example would have been a straight up terrible movie if you guys hadn’t primed me first.
So relax please. Spoiler haters may exist, but not exclusively.
