kishore, since you were most likely somewhat ambulatory when costumed as a goalpost, is there some solace in knowing you went to halloween as moving goalposts?
Nice.
High fives for Kishore, that festival is no joke!
Thief was an early Michael Mann movie, before Miami Vice, and had some of the same style cues, like he would wash down the streets before filming a night driving scene so the streets would glisten.
It portrayed the world of jewel thieves as almost a blue collar world; safe cracking was a lot of metallurgy hacking. Great stuff. The (much later) Michael Mann film “Heat” continues the same themes and occupies the same universe; it almost feels like a sequel though it is not explicitly one.
