  1. So Will didn’t apply all the stickers? He needs to look at the box. it shows the both arrow + zz stickers are on BOTH sides..

  2. I feel like the B-wing was like the AT-ST model I have. The cockpit of that never stays together properly and all the sides are held together by rubber bands. Great models, but sometimes they have unseen flaws.

  3. As a proposition, you could build a training ground to practice Quad aeronautical basics..It would be also great to see you guys and your FPV Quadcopter skills in evolution!

  4. Nice job building this : it made me wonder on how do Lego make these sets available..i mean is it 3d printed? is it a mold for every unique piece? i know your not the ”how its made” team, but i would like to ear your point of view on the matter

  5. Having built both of these myself, the X-wing is a much more “stable” design. I walk into my home office every morning expecting to see the B-wing in pieces on the floor.

  6. The pieces are all made via injection molding. Individual sets are then assembled from the vast array of parts available. Part of the reason that the sets cost as much as they do is because of the quality of the molds that are used. Even though Will and Norm both mention custom parts, none of the parts they have are unique to the set (other than the printed canopy on the B-Wing, and that is just the printing that makes it unique). Creating new parts costs a lot since new molds would have to be created.

  7. Love the builds. Especially when the dirty tactics come out like people sneezing on each other. Just so happens I got my first UCS this week – Slave 1.

  8. Bought the X wing set after being inspired by this series to get back into building Legos! Can’t wait for it to be delivered.
