7hours of my life I have dedicated to watching this build, do not make that time have been in vain.
They should put in this in as a flashback in Empire after Lando says “They told me they fixed it…it’s not my fault.”

According to http://www.recordholders.org fastest build time of the Millennium Falcon is 2:53:27 by a team of seven. Can’t imagine that was as fun to watch though.
I live 20 minutes away from Legoland in Billund (Denmark), and they have one hell of an amazing Star wars theme there.
try and google ” Legoland billeder* ” or ” Legoland Billund billeder* ” you should get a ton of pictures from the original Legoland and theres also a picture of the worlds largest X-wing made in lego. (5,335,200 bricks)
*billeder is danish means pictures.
I hope Lego does a new Falcon UCS, I would buy it instantly … Right now at $2000-$10000 wayyyy outa my range! 🙁

There were rumours of a new UCS Falcon in the works last year, but so far rumour is all we have.
It seems like a good bet that UCS Falcon based on the new movies will turn some time, after all LEGO likes to make money. (and we already know the radar dish is different, so it wouldn’t clash with the unique piece from this set)

Phew, Thankyou Tested Turtle delivery system. Seriously though better pretty late than never.
Upside though, poster looks like Ace quality! Thinking of framing it, or laminating and putting in in my workshop.

Sooo close ! Been loving this is some weird twisted way. This somehow has started to become a Hero’s Journey. The next episode is of course where you overcome all the obstacles, band together and ride off into the Lego sunset.

My poster has just arrived in Sydney, Australia. My personal favourite is the Hellboy Glove one- I have that up in my classroom as a teaching tool about researching a passion!
A noble effort, but this lego too stronk for even a second day. Will a third day be enough, or do our intrepid heroes need to call in re-reinforcements?
Oh man, 7 hours of multi-screen ADD entertainment, 24 collective hours of build time, and they leave us hanging for an entire month when 95% to the promise land?!? This is NOT why I subscribed… I demand instant satisfaction.
But seriously, what a build. I have the Forces Unleashed Falcon (#75105), aka “not the cheapest way to get BB-8”, sitting here calling to me, but wanted to see this completed before dancing with the old girl. 1350 pieces, now with 95% LESS greebly (sp?)
But “old” Han and Chewie are worth it, and calling to me.
