LtWeight just replied to your comment:
1. Yes all iPhone apps work on iPad
2. Pretty sure, since they go to iTunes as “Bought by so-and-so’s iPhone”
3. Some might be, but really it depends on the people who made it.

WOOT Podcast! *starts itunes download* wait…what?! Subscriber Video feed says 5hrs 19mins????
I’m sorry Norm, but I will never be shopping at J.C. Penney. Just keep on going to J. Crew and such.
Gary looks so happy to be back.
Haha! Love the NeoGaf shirt!
Why even put Apollo in the description if you talk for it for less than five minutes?
Also, it’s hilarious that Will thinks that Office matters less nowadays when in fact it’s now Microsoft’s biggest money maker. Office matters more than it ever has before.
200 for a smartphone IS cheap.
Also, I’m pretty sure iPhones can play 24-bit audio…
Did I just hear someone say that they don’t like Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me? What a bunch of utter Hitlers. Tested.com, official neo nazi organization.
Nobody is paying $200 for an iPhone. At the very least you’re looking at around $300 for the cheapest model after your cell phone carrier has fiddled with your anus and added all those extra little fees. The biggest probably being sales tax, which applies for the original price of the phone off contract (around $500). In California it comes down to around $50 in taxes.
I am not afraid to admit that I signed up for the Bricked thing… and now I’m looking at Lego’s site to see what to tackle next after my TIE Defender.
24 bit audio can be big file wise, but isn’t necessarily locked DRM down wise.I buy a lot of stuff from HDtracks, who sell 44.1/24, 48/24, 88/24, 96/24 and 192/24 remastered tracks, mainly in FLAC.
Sound wise there isn’t a HUGE advantage, but it is (in my opinion) better than itunes quality, and from v3.1, Android supports FLAC playback.
And SACD isn’t 24 bit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_Stream_Digital
This Tuesday I’ll be upgrading from a iPhone 3G to an iPhone 4 for $99 plus fees, tax etc.
