  1. That was fun. Especially seeing the UPS dude. I hope you do more live streaming. I’m glad you’re putting this up. I had to miss a part because of a work phone call so want to see what I missed. Thanks, Adam. You are more than doing your part to help us all stay home!

  2. yeah I know, got to that part after I posted but can’t figure out how to delete a comment here.

  3. I recently built a very sturdy (and large) workbench for my own workshop. I didn’t put wheels on it for the very reasons Adam describes but inevitably it’s now in the way. I’m thinking of some kind of wheels that can be wound down to move the bench and wound back up again so it stands flat on its own legs. I haven’t seen anything ready-made yet though and haven’t figured out how to make something that’ll do what I want.

The alternative is some kind of jacking point so I can lift the bench with a vehicle jack and slide some wheels under it. That seems kinda messy though.

Haven’t solved this one yet. The new bench is excellent though!

  4. Adam, thank you for continuing to produce great content during this difficult time. It really helps keep my spirits up!

Also, I definitely share your sentiment for the incredible amount of satisfaction you can get from fixing an old broken tool. I recently bought an old Delta band saw for $50 which was missing a discontinued guide bearing. Only took a few hours to make a replacement and now I have a very nice functional saw that I still can’t quite believe I got for so cheap. So satisfying!
