  1. I’d like to propose a Dad cast of; Will, Adam, Patrick and Wil. I think there is a nice range of parenthood with that group of Dads.

  2. At first I read “for the Behind the Myths Tour” as “from the Behind the Myths Tour” and got quite the scare!

  4. Funny coincidence, I actually get to see the live show this Thursday, and I managed to snag (without having to give some grief to Ticketmaster about accessible seating) the last two VIP tickets.

  5. That did get a bit deep.. but equally as interesting and entertaining as the rest of the shows.

Really enjoy these podcasts.. They make my job slightly less balls.

    Cheers fellas.

  6. The architectural tour of Chicago in a boat Adam mentioned is great. Just last June my wife and I took it and was quite amazing.

  7. > Into every generation a Slayer is born.

The metaphor concludes perfectly in the show finale. Trying not to spoil it. During adolescence something awakens inside and it gives a person a mission. The brilliance of Buffy is in the fact that this is the ultimate dramatic revelation, the most profound emotional experience – and although nobody else can ever be equipped to fully understand that, it is nonetheless this motivation that drives life, creativity, procreation, and enlightenment. Every teenager is The Slayer. Even Jonathan. Especially Jonathan.

  8. Is this a rerun, or am I in the matrix?

Many of the things discussed on this week’s podcast have been talked about in previous podcasts.. 😉

    .

Wait? Did I hear Will mention that they are going to have a podcast on watches?! Bring it! 🙌

  9. The Chicago River Architectural Tour is one of the best things to do while in Chicago on a nice day. Hitting one of the Portillos restraunts for an Italian beef or awesome hotdog (get the jumbo dog – not the regular dog). Seeing a Cubs game in the second most beautiful ballpark in the USA is also a great take. However, that was before they put in the new jumbotron in center field. I haven’t seen how that affects the ambiance in the “friendly confines”. I’ll go later this season. (BTW … Fenway Park in Boston is #1, of course).

  10. Fashion choice or cold weather? i think its the first time i see Will with someting else than a printed tee or hoodie!

  11. So it is the matrix….

  12. When I was in my late teens, out of the blue, my mum told me not to worry, she didn’t know who she was until she was 30. That level of candour and conciseness was quite unexpected, and I didn’t have a response at the time, but I greatly appreciated that she was talking to me person-to-person rather than mother-to-son.

  13. I’m going to see the show Mythbusters Live show tonight in Chicago, I think the schedule got mixed up, I remember on one of the podcasts they decided to air something out of order. Anyways, I also got a Meet & Greet ticket, and I am so incredibly excited. Adam and Jamie are my heroes. Here’s hoping for more than a two minutes! (Obviously it can’t be TOO much more than that, but…maybe a little?).

  14. It took me a second to remember the Jenny Calendar death. I think that’s because different things stick with you from great shows. The one that sticks with me is the part of the prom episode where at her lowest moment, the senior class unexpectedly gives Buffy a Class Protector award.

  15. Hey Adam.

Do you carry a tape measure with you while shopping on tour, so you know what you can cram in the tour bus?
