  1. “This week’s episode is sponsored by Coca Cola”, my eyes are drawn to the two cans in front of Kishore, will they be rotated to complete the logo? “Arrrghhh, my immshun” This is the hazard of having the video up. Never had this problem with audio only 🙂

    Entertaining episode.

  2. I think the dream for AR for sports, is to be at the event. Being able to watch an event, and get realtime stats for the players, order concessions, watch instant replays, realtime ball tracking, that sort of thing. For watching the game in a 3D perspective from some other location, I can’t see that as an AR thing, but can see that as a VR thing. Replacing a TV with a VR 3D version of the event is a much more powerful feature than AR projection of a game on a coffee table.

  3. If you think Handmaid’s Tale is the only original show on Hulu worth watching, does that mean you haven’t seen Runaways or Future Man? Granted, neither will win awards, but I look forward to season 2 of both.

  4. The reason AMC and other theaters are hesitant to Movie Pass is their fear of Movie Pass pulling the plug down the road. If Movie Pass accounted for 20% of their patrons, Movie Pass would have the leverage to demand a discounted ticket rate, or Movie Pass could say ” we will shut off our service for AMC”,

This would put AMC in an impossible situation to either take a 5%-20% hit in revenue, or take a much lower profit per ticket. This would cause them to increase concession prices.

The contracts that theaters are stuck in with movie studios is the driving factor to their overall vulnerability to any industry changes.

  5. Rather than the LED lights in the background changing for spoilers, why not use an animation or scrolling text on the Game Frame and place it at the front of the desk? 😉
