1. is it possible to add chromecast feature to the custom videoplayer?

   I enjoy these but often I am needing to view them on mobile so it would be create to stream it to the main tv.

   this was a great episode because its always great to see a garage kit.

2. My favorite spacesuit! I’ve been doing space archeology research on that 1961 suit prototype by JPL engineer “Hap” Hazard. Many mistakenly believe it had something to do with Apollo, but the real story is fascinating. It was designed for a very ambitious JPL-proposed lunar expedition that included a ten-day motorized traverse with four astronauts buttoned up in their suits the whole time. The final suit was to have a waste disposal airlock and an oven for meal preparation. Hazard’s prototype was mainly to garner interest in the project and to explore some of the human factors involved in a long-duration suit. Hap Hazard later received a patent on an advanced version of the suit.

   There is also a common internet error that the suit had something to do with Grumman. It was designed by Hazard while he worked for JPL, then he brought it with him when he moved over to Aerojet General subsidiary Space General. Republic Aviation also got into the hard-torso suit biz, but Grumman was too busy with the Apollo lunar module at the time.

4. It’s kind of funny to me that you’re using an expensive Knew Concepts saw for this, but you use a Dremel for grinding instead of a good quality flexible shaft machine.

   But this is a fantastic kit, and you guys do a great job with it.

5. For gluing clear pieces I can recommend using wood / school glue instead. It dries clear and doesn’t affect the plastic. Plus easy to remove if needed.

6. It would be nice if you stopped dicking around with the camera zoom all the time, but otherwise this was a nice little vid.

8. you can cast to a TV using the Google dongle, no need to add a special widget on tested side, if you have the cast option in your pull down menu use that to mirror the screen, if not open Google home and select the cast option from there. 😉

9. I have the cast option available from the pull down menu but it is not reliable as it cuts out and the connection doesn’t hold out but when the website provides a casting option it works well.

   just a suggestion.

10. the cutting out thing is a Chromecast issue, happens all the time even with my Pixel 3 XL, I’d have thought Google would have made it so their own products work together better but my wife’s Samsung has a better time with the Chromecast lol!

11.   Unfortunately (for me) it’s not JUST a ChromeCast issue… I’m getting multiple cut-outs and drops on AppleTV -> Streaming. Was beginning to think that that was the trouble until I see this…

12. I have had this kit for a while but have hesitated to build it because of the less than clear main window piece. Thanks for showing how to polish it and clear it up so you can view the figure inside better!
