Glad to see Gary back! When you were discussing the whole cat thing I couldn’t help but think of schadenfreude or perhaps….. PURRDENFREUDE.

This time next week I’ll be in San Francisco and Uber was sounding really great until I realised that it’s just what we call “taxis” here in NZ. And now I’m terrified about trying to get a cab to or from the Giants game on Wednesday night.
Also (just made it to this part of the podcast), US GPS/nav systems are insane. Heading down the 101 towards San Jose last year, we’d be at an exit and the GPS would say “Turn Left in 3 miles”. MENTAL. “In 3 miles, turn left” is much more sane and less accident inducing. Completely ass-about-face and dangerous as hell.
Gary’s like a good wine, gets better with age. Also that interview he did for ‘Sword and Laser’ was fascinating!
