When I lived in my first American apartment, we kept finding black bags filling up the trash cans outside that we knew weren’t from other tenants. Finally we got so fed up we brought one of the bags inside and dug thru it wearing rubber gloves until we found a piece of mail with an address on it. It was the creepy guy with no teeth across the street, and I dumped his bags on his front step and stuck a note on his door telling him to dispose of his own rubbish.
When I saw him come out of his house the next day and start bringing his trash bag back over I ran downstairs and stopped him in the street. The filthy piece of shit claimed he had an agreement with our landlord to use the trash cans for the apartment building, which I’m sure was never true, and the landlord he was talking about had left two years ago. Pay for your own trash pickup, hillbilly.
