Very nice build. In the Midwest (Chicago suburbs) FOAMULAR 250 can still be found in 2 in. x 48 in. x 8 ft. sheets from Home Depot for $20-$25/per. I have not check to see if the 2″ is sold in California, but availability may be based on climate zones for building insulation.
